PIE tailors education to individual needs by offering small group classes, online learning, supervised independent study, and experiential learning experiences, ensuring personalized instruction for every student.



ESL Teacher Responsibilities

  • Manage matters related to regulations, building management, and school operations.
  • Report to the Assistant Principal regarding instructional strategies, assessments, and resources for the English language program.
  • Develop ESL lesson plans that align with dual-language models and suit diverse student abilities, needs, and learning styles.
  • Adhere to approved curricula, instructional strategies, and program resources.
  • Apply student-centered teaching methods and effective educational psychology practices to support mental health and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to teach and foster student responsibility.
  • Capability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to collaborate with institutional staff and field teams to implement educational programs.
  • A valid professional educator’s license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching English to non-native speakers.
  • Authorization to teach bilingual education, including Spanish, is an advantage.
