Dr. Rashid Tanko-Computer, Deputy Director of Elections and IT for the NDC, alleged that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the Electoral Commission (EC) are colluding to manipulate the election results in favor of the NPP candidate, Efua Afriyie.
