Held during the holiday season, the event aims to empower and inspire the youth while fostering unity and celebration within the community.

The previous year’s edition was especially impactful. It featured mentorship sessions led by professionals from the Ghana National Fire Service and a local dentist. The fire service team engaged the children with exciting demonstrations of firefighting techniques and safety practices, while the dentist shared valuable tips on oral hygiene, encouraging the children to take charge of their health.

The event wasn’t just about learning—it was also filled with fun and games that promoted teamwork and friendship. The air buzzed with the laughter and enthusiasm of the children as they participated in activities designed to build confidence and create lasting bonds.

In addition to the fun, educational materials were handed out to the students, a thoughtful gesture to support their academic growth. Mama Wia IX emphasized the importance of nurturing the community’s young leaders: "Empowering our children is a responsibility we all share. By guiding them and providing opportunities, we invest in a brighter future for Kpando Dafor.”

The day concluded with joyful celebrations, leaving lasting memories for both children and mentors. Over the years, this event has become a symbol of hope and unity, strengthening ties within the community and inspiring the next generation to reach for greater achievements.

As the Kpando Dafor community looks to the future, the impact of this mentorship program continues to shine, proving the transformative power of guidance, generosity, and the shared joy of the holiday season.
