Richie Mensah, the CEO of Lynx Entertainment, has confirmed that popular Ghanaian artist Kuami Eugene is no longer signed to the label.

During an interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, Richie addressed a question about Kuami Eugene’s status with Lynx. When asked if the artist was no longer with the label, he responded, "Yes, that's public knowledge."

This statement officially confirms that after an eight-year partnership, Kuami Eugene has parted ways with Lynx Entertainment.

Back in October 2024, Kuami Eugene had dismissed rumours suggesting his exit from the label. He clarified at the time that if he were to leave, both he and Lynx would release an official statement.

“People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is saying, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out, and people are just trying to end our contract for us,” he explained. He further added, “At the end of the day, if we are close to the point where we feel like 'okay, Kuami is no longer with Lynx', we will let everyone know.”

Richie Mensah also mentioned that the current roster of artists signed to Lynx Entertainment includes KiDi, DJ Vyrusky, and DSL. Other musicians who have previously worked with the label include Eazzy, O.J. Blaq, Zigi, Asem, and Irene Logan.

Meanwhile: Richie Mensah, a Ghanaian record producer and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lynx Group has proposed advice to his fellow performers in a recent interview on Daybreak Hitz with DJ Slim.

On the show, Richie Mensah advocated for hard work over complaints, urging artists to take control of their careers and financial futures.

He went hard to note that creatives should take charge of their careers rather than repose their hope in the government.

He said, "Stop looking for help from the government. Do it yourself! When we entertainers start doing things properly, stop swerving taxes, and begin generating substantial income, the government will have no choice but to take notice. We need to stop thinking we're special and that we need to be chosen." Continue here....
