I see people complaining about rent issues. There is something l stayed. Now the youth are all looking for self-contained house even when you know your monthly salary is not up to 600gh.
This how l have lived my life right after my national service and it has solely helped me. Am saying everyone should but at least if you can it will help to.
I plan my life in a way not to please anyone. So l live within my strength. I remember when l was teaching in a private school 2018, my one year rent was 480 a room in kojokrom where l go to public toilet dough the washroom was inside and separate meter.. I was taking 400gh as salary. When l had my next job in 2020 my salary was more than 10k. I rented a new room of which my one year rent was 2400gh l had my toilet and bathroom inside with no kitchen at ahenekofi, so my 1 month salary was paying more than 4years of my rent.
Where l leave currently, l paid 14,400 for 2years it a chamber and a hall of which l used 1 month of my salary for that.
So life is a step by step journey.
That has been my policy so l don't stress life. I live accordingly. My rent will be due this May and am still going to live where l am now. Pay the next 2years and advance my qualification.
