It was a moment to remember and celebrate as the organizers of the Prize is Right game show hosted its highly anticipated prize redemption ceremony.
A total of 76 lucky winners gathered to claim their incredible prizes, including cash rewards amounting to millions of naira.
During the event, the show’s executive producer and Managing Director of Genesis Studios, Olatubosun Olaegbe, shared, “This show is all about showcasing products and celebrating winners. It offers brand owners a unique platform to promote their products to a massive audience, which makes the show stand out. It also provides SMEs with the opportunity to reach millions of viewers.”
Similarly, series producer Olatubosun Olasimbo emphasized the importance of localizing the content, saying it was essential for driving the show’s creativity.
“Nigerians are vibrant, and it was crucial to make the show reflect that energy and uniqueness,” she explained.
One fortunate winner, Victoria Favour, who took home a fridge, food processor, washing machine, gas cooker, and a 250,000 naira cash prize, expressed her excitement, calling it “a dream come true.”
Other prizes awarded at the ceremony included Smart TVs, routers, furniture sets, generators, kitchen appliances, smartphones, food processors, and blenders, among many others.
Meanwhile: Nollywood actress Ruby Ojiakor recently tied the knot with her colleague Moc Madu, also known as Onwa Idemili, just three days after his proposal, sparking a whirlwind of reactions on social media.
The couple held their traditional wedding in Amarak, Isi-Ala Mbano, Imo State. Numerous videos from the event flooded the internet, showcasing the lively celebration.
However, what was supposed to mark the start of a happy life together has since been overshadowed by rumours and intense speculation. While many congratulated the newlyweds, others questioned the rapid pace of the union, Ruby's lively dance moves, and the noticeable absence of Nollywood stars at the wedding.
