Donald Trump's few weeks into his second term as president, United States have intensified a crackdown on immigration, building on his campaign promise of carrying out the largest deportation in American's history.
Since Trump’s inauguration on January 20, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested more than 4,000 unauthorised immigrants across the US which Africans are not left out.
According to a reliable source, about 30,000 Africans who illegally migrated for greener pastures are scheduled to be deported from the United States which Ghanaians taking the lead with about 6,000.
To add more salt to the situation, a renowned Evangelist, Edward Freeman who is well known as "Wiase ye broni dea" in an interview with Evans Kweku Oboafi Junior (HARDROCK) has commended President Donald Trump and said it's a nice move to make Africa leaders realise their responsibilities of developing their own.
According to the Evangelist, Africa has all it takes to be a developed continent but rather suffering because of carelessness and wicked leaders.
"Upon all these natural resources deposited on our land, we Africans have made it clear that placks can not survive without the whites" Evangelist Edward Freeman lamented.
He continued by emphasizing on the failure of Africa leaders to prioritize on industrialisation to improve the standards of living of the citizens which will also help stabilise the continent's economy.
Evangelist Edward Freeman ended by applauding President Donald Trump for indirectly putting pressure on Africa leaders through the "Trump's deportation policy".
