Asante Kotoko Is reportedly said to have reported Professor Enoch Kwasi Wallace to the police after he made some comments on Tue death of Nana Yaw Frimpong at the match they played against Nsoatreman football club on the 2nd of February in Nsoatre. And now the club has made a complaint to the police on this matter. And he may be invited to the headquarters to prove what he has spewed out into the public for consumption. This is very disappointing from the man who is reverend by many people and followers of the Asempa FM, radio station.
We look forward for their results and news.
Who is Benjamin Twum? - Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Young Apostles never wanted to lose
Benjamin Twum has completed a permanent transfer to Asante Kotoko from Young Apostles for a fee of less than 50,000 cedis, a move that the Wenchi-based club was reluctant to sanction.
Twum has committed to a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors, having been poised to become Young Apostles' permanent first-choice goalkeeper in the ongoing season. Notably, Asante Kotoko already boasts national team goalkeepers Mohamed Camara and Fredrick Asare.
Although Twum has seen limited game time at the club level this season due to his involvement with the Ghana U20 team, he has demonstrated impressive skills. The Black Satellites' first-choice goalkeeper has played four Premier League games, maintaining two clean sheets, and is expected to make significant progress at Asante Kotoko.
The 19-year-old is renowned for his exceptional distribution and confidence as a goalkeeper. His astute understanding of the game and ability to absorb information were pivotal factors in the club's decision to secure his services.
Having been instrumental in the Black Satellites' victory at the WAFU Zone B Championship in Niger approximately a month ago, Benjamin Twum will be seeking to continue his outstanding performance at the upcoming U20 AFCON next year.
