Ghanaian gospel musician Israel Ofori has started 2025 on a positive note with the release of his latest song, My Everything, on February 20. The song draws inspiration from Psalm 42:1, which speaks about longing for God, much like a deer thirsting for water. Ofori uses this scripture to emphasize that God should be the center of every believer’s life. He encourages Christians and people worldwide to acknowledge God as their ultimate source, assuring that when one prioritizes Him, everything else falls into place. According to the Eno Wo singer, the song is timely and serves as a spiritual guide for those looking to strengthen their faith and deepen their connection with God. He hopes that the song will help listeners surrender completely to God, making Him their everything.

My Everything is now accessible on major digital streaming platforms such as YouTube, Boomplay, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Deezer, and Tidal. Israel Ofori has been singing since childhood, starting his musical journey at Liberty Assemblies of God Church in Akweteyman, Accra, when he was just five years old. Over the years, he has remained committed to spreading the gospel through music, with his primary aim being to win souls for God. He takes great satisfaction in the testimonies that follow his ministrations, affirming that one does not need to be a household name to make a spiritual impact. In 2023, he released Ene Wo after dropping Aseda, a song that featured gospel legend Yaw Sarpong and Asomafo, as well as Ebenezer. Through his music, Ofori continues to inspire many, reinforcing his mission of bringing people closer to God.

Despite his thriving music ministry, Israel Ofori also has a strong professional background, holding a degree in Management with Computing from Regent University, along with a vocal training certificate. Alongside his work as an IT professional, he remains actively involved in the gospel music industry in Ghana. His passion for ensuring that gospel music is done right led him to start an entertainment review show on Sunny 88.7 FM, where he discusses industry matters. Ofori firmly believes that God’s work should be carried out with excellence and dedication, a principle he applies to both his music and media engagements. Through his career, both in music and professional life, he continues to use his gifts to serve God and positively influence others.
