 However, achieving a work-life balance is not an unattainable dream.  With small yet intentional lifestyle modifications, you can reduce stress, enhance productivity, and cultivate a healthier, happier life.  The steps that follow will assist you in striking the right balance between your personal and professional lives.

1.  Make boundaries clear

One of the most effective ways to maintain a healthy work-life balance is by setting firm boundaries.  Many people allow work to infiltrate their personal lives, leading to chronic stress and burnout.  To prevent this, establish a clear division between work and personal time.

 Unless absolutely necessary, do not check your email or answer business calls outside of regular office hours. Designate a specific workspace at home to mentally separate your job from your personal life.

3.  Make Time for Self-Care
