"I Cried Seeing My Mates Have Kids”

The actress and TV host revealed how societal expectations and self-doubt weighed heavily on her during her rise to fame.

“While building my career, I was crying because I had not given birth then. When I saw my mates [with children], I wondered, ‘Will I even give birth?’ After working towards it, I still wasn’t getting a child,” she shared, describing moments of vulnerability.

IVF Success at 41: “I Chose Science Over Surrogacy”

After years of uncertainty, McBrown turned to medical advancements, opting for **In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)**. She was initially presented with two options: IVF or surrogacy. Defying odds, she chose IVF with unwavering determination.

“I said I would do IVF first—even if it took five times. If it didn’t work, then I’d go for surrogacy. Fortunately for me, I gave birth when I was 41,” she said, crediting science and resilience for her eventual joy.
