The young porcupines have regained top position on the  their division 3 zone table with 2 games to go. After dropping to the 2nd spot for after 6 match days they are leading Arthur football club with goals difference. Per this particular standings they would be able to qualify for the middle league or round of for next season's division 2 only if they play well and are able to qualify. The team has made a bold statement that they are in no rush to put pressure on the lads to win  matches at all cost. It all about developing their potentials before glory. We wish them good luck as they near the completion of their maiden season.

Per my previous calculations when we had 12 matches left to end the 24/25 GPL, I espoused that, with additional 26 points to our then 39 points, we could win the league easily with 65 points at the worst-case scenario.In fact, i reiterated how imperative it is to win all remaining 6 home matches, win at least two away matches and obtain a minimum of 2 points from the remaining 4 away matches and we would be good to go.Fastforward, We have played 3 matches including wins in two home matches and a draw on the road giving us 7 out of the possible 9 points.The results in our last 3 matches are perfectly in line with our projections and we would now need 19 out of the remaining 27 points from the 9 matches left including winning our 4 home matches left, wininng two away matches and picking a point in any of the remaining away games.We host the highly admired and professionally manned Bechem United Football Club on Sunday and even though some of us may reduce our usual post match jubilations and quit any form of trolls against the losing side after winning the game, we would still be extremely purposeful in getting that all important 3 points to aid the smooth realization of our calculations
