 Stress Ko 5 Easy yy Tareeqon Se Kaise Kam Karayein?


  • Kentbi hasti mein ziyadatein speed zindagi mein stress aaj ki hastitng timehar ko kabhi na kabhi kiya jaate hain. Work pressure, personal life ki problems, aur time ki scarcity together all can be causative for stress. Lekin agar ham apni zindagi mein kuch aasan talluqat apna lein to ham stree k pass behtar talluqat se handle kar sakate hain.

  • 1. Deep Breathing (Gehri Saans Lene Ki Exercise): Stress ko kam karne ka sabse asan tareeqa unhee gehri saans lene ki Exercise hai. Yeh aapke aankhon ko relax karne aur aapke sharir ki zaardaar ko duri se hone mein madad dengi. Aap jaroorat ke liye thoda samay ke liye ek saans liye aur apne stress ko kam kar sakte hain.

2. Regular Training: Exercise  body ko fyt banana ke siva mental stress ko bhi dur karne me madad karta hai. Sharirik aakrati cha geko endorphins release hote hain jo aapko aatmnirk ardh-kushing aur relaxingly bana dete hain. Rozana kuch waqt exercise karna aapke stress ki degration kar sakta hai.


  • 3. Time Management: Aapko kai baar hum stress ki shakl ka mehsoos karta rahta hai jab humari pas wakht karne ke liye kam hoti hai. Aap apna din plan itna sahi se bana lein aur kaam priority ke hisab se divide karte hue karein to stress bahut kam ho sakta hai.

4. Relaxation Techniques (Relaxation Ki Techniques): Meditation, yogh aur aur mindfulness jaise tactics aapko apne dimaag ko shaanti dena aur stress ko khatm krna mein set krna mein madad krti h. In techniques se aapko mental clarity badhne mein madad milta hai aur stress ko kam karne mein sabse effective hain.

Just like physical health affects the entire well-being of our being mental health plays an equally important role in our overall state. Agar hum apni mental health ka khayal nahi rakhte, toh yeh humari productivity, relationships, aur overall quality of life par negative asar daal sakta hai.


Mental health ko behtar banane ke liye humein apni emotions aur thoughts ko samajhna zaroori hota hai. After steering our minds away from stress and negativity we can perform daily operations with enhanced methods. Mental health requires people to maintain a positive and balanced outlook in their thinking processes.


  • Jab hum apni mental health ka khayal rakhte hain, toh hum apni daily zindagi mein khushi aur sukoon mehsoos karte hain. Aksar log mental health ko overlook karte hain, lekin yeh hamari zindagi ka ek ahem hissa hai. Initiating focus on mental health may lead to a better and more balanced and productive life.
