The grant aims to support Blossom Academy’s ongoing efforts to equip 150 underemployed young people in Ghana with practical data analytics skills, with 50% of the beneficiaries expected to be women.

With a strong record of success, Blossom Academy has built a pan-African alumni base of nearly 700 individuals since its founding in 2019, mainly in Ghana and Nigeria. The institution’s impressive 85% job placement rate per training cohort positions it as a trailblazer in bridging the digital divide across Africa.
