Tuesday’s Paper Round leads on Southampton goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, with Manchester United among the clubs interested in the ex-Arsenal shot-stopper. Elsewhere, Liverpool and Everton are both after the same Sunderland player, while three Premier League managers are in the frame to replace Ange Postecoglou if Tottenham decide to sack the Australian.

According to The Sun, Manchester United is one of several teams keeping an eye on Aaron Ramsdale at Southampton. Ruben Amorim dropped Andre Onana for Sunday’s clash with Newcastle, but his replacement, Altay Bayindir, struggled in the 4-1 defeat at St James’ Park.

The result has handed Amorim a major selection dilemma ahead of Thursday’s crucial showdown with Lyon, live on TNT Sports and discovery+, and looking further ahead finding a new goalkeeper is becoming a priority for Amorim, with Ramsdale, who is also attracting interest from West Ham, emerging as a serious option.

Despite being part of a horror season for the Saints, Ramsdale has emerged with his reputation intact and is still seen as one of the best goalkeepers in the country.

“United have been watching his recent games and believe that his experience in the Premier League could make him a strong option to assist them in resolving their goals-losing issues. However, United must contend with West Ham. Graham Potter is believed to have identified Ramsdale as a key target in his summer rebuilding job at the London Stadium.”

Fulham could face a battle to hold onto Marco Silva with Crystal Palace’s Oliver Glasner and Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola also in the frame if Tottenham sack Ange Postecoglou, the Daily Mirror reports.

There is a growing belief Postecoglou could be dismissed even if Spurs win the Europa League, leaving the club’s hierarchy weighing up their options.

The Mirror continues, "Postecoglou admitted last week that there was a 'general sentiment' that he could be fired this summer regardless of what." “Tottenham crashed to a 17th Premier League defeat of the season at Wolves on Sunday which is unthinkable for a club with ambitions of being in the Champions League.

“Spurs have been supportive and stuck with Postecoglou through a difficult season which has seen the squad ravaged by injuries.”

Amid a goalkeeping crisis at Old Trafford, manager Ruben Amorim is reportedly looking for a new No.1, and The Sun reports that the club have been linked with a move for Southampton and ex-Arsenal star Aaron Ramsdale. The English custodian is likely to leave the Saints in the summer, following their relegation from the top division, and could head to Manchester. West Ham, on the other hand, will be a threat to United as Graham Potter prioritizes signing Ramsdale.
