GIVE SAKA THE CAPTAIN'S ARMBAND - FPL TIPS & TEAM OF THE WEEK

The Fantasy Premier League season heads straight into a second straight double gameweek.

With only four teams playing twice in week 33—Manchester City, Arsenal, Crystal Palace, and Aston Villa—you'll probably see a lot of teams that are similar among your rivals and FPL experts at the moment, but there are still opportunities to win if you play your cards right.  Here's BBC Sport's team of the week and the answers to some key questions for gameweek 33.

Who should be Triple Captain in FPL this week?

Bukayo Saka from Arsenal is this week's standout option. If you knew Saka was going to play twice, he is the most exciting pick, with Ipswich away and Palace at home.

Does Mikel Arteta allow him to rest? Arsenal have Newcastle breathing down their neck for second place and keep dropping points so the Gunners boss can't afford too much rotation.

Additionally, between their Champions League semi-final matchup with Paris St. Germain and Palace square off. I'm confident Saka plays at least 120 minutes this gameweek and probably more.

Should I Bench Boost this week?

Even if we get another double in Gameweek 36, this is our best chance to bench boost before the season ends. If you have 15 playing assets and you like the match-ups for most of them, then pull the trigger.

There aren't many nailed-on assets among Arsenal, City, or Villa, making game time the main issue.  Palace are a little more predictable but all four teams might have their minds on cup competitions.

Play that chip, accept that there will be benchings, and be content. Which single gameweek players should I pick?

Don't be going mad shipping out good single gameweek players to squeeze another double option into your team.

Virgil van Dijk has the best chance of any double-gameweek defender to keep a clean sheet against Leicester, Liverpool, and Mohamed Salah is a must. As West Ham face relegated Southampton, Jarrod Bowen stands out. You should also be confident starting a West Ham defensive asset.

Bruno Fernandes may benefit from a home matchup between Manchester United and Wolves.  Four of his five double-digit hauls this season have come against teams in the bottom five (at the time).

Also, I wouldn't take too many hits to get double-gameweek players because a -4 can pay off. Any more and you are asking for a lot to go your way to make up that difference.

In gameweek 33, which Crystal Palace players can I rely on? It's hard to go back to defender Daniel Munoz, whose career-low -1 point total in gameweek 32 is hard to do. He's still super attacking - with eight entries into the box in 32 - and was close to an assist, but Bournemouth and Arsenal are both likely to score against Palace.

But I'd still put your faith in attacking assets such as Eberechi Eze, Ismaila Sarr and Jean-Philippe Mateta, especially if they are already in your team.

No need to sell, hard to predict if any will be rested for the FA Cup and all three have haul potential.   Eze could have had three goals last week, for example, but for a very tight offside call and missed penalty.

How did the team fare last week? With four players scoring four points each, defense was close to failing, but Kieran Trippier's 12-pointer saved the day. The star player was Jacob Murphy, who scored 19 points, but 70 points are still disappointing for a double gameweek. Keeper and defence

 David Raya, Arsenal, keeper, £5.5m

 William Saliba, Arsenal, £6.5m

Both face Crystal Palace (h) and Ipswich (a). In a week in which they have a good chance of keeping two clean sheets, the two most reliable Arsenal defensive assets. Boring, I know, but very steady.

Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk, £6.6 million - Leicester (a) Leicester scored last week but lost their previous eight games without scoring.   The most nailed-on clean sheet shout this week.

He's a better pick than a double option from Palace - see above - and Villa who have three clean sheets in their past four games, but are unlikely to get one this week.

Josko Gvardiol, Manchester City, £6.2m - Everton (a), Villa (h)

You can't pass up this double gameweek because the Croatian has scored 16 points in his last three games. He's City's best defensive asset as we all know.

 Midfielders

Bukayo Saka (captain), Arsenal, £10.5m - Ipswich (a), Palace (h)

For the reasons stated above, I'd be confident about Saka's minutes this week.   Yes he is coming back from injury but he also needs game time to get his fitness up.

From past experience, he could easily get double digits in both of these games so he gets the armband.

Liverpool (vice-captain) Mohamed Salah, £13.8 million - Leicester (a) Last gameweek was the first since week eight in which Salah's net transfers were negative.   People are selling him but don't be one of them.

Furthermore, Salah is a very safe choice for captain if you are wary of taking risks or are concerned about your doublers' availability for games. Morgan Rogers, Aston Villa, £5.6 million - Man City (a), Newcastle (h), Turns out it was daft to think Rogers might get a rest last week.   He is now a player who starts every Villa game.  This double is not exciting for them but Rogers is the only Villa forward asset you can truly expect to start both matches and you do fancy them to score in both games.

West Ham's £7.5 million Jarrod Bowen - Southampton (h) This match-up is too juicy to pass up for West Ham's talisman.   Bowen's having a 7/10 season so far, but he still has four double-digit hauls.

He has made 17 shots in his last six games, 12 of them inside the box. Bowen usually overperforms his expected goals (xG) yet he has just one goal in that time from 1.4 xG, suggesting he might be due.

Eberechi Eze, Crystal Palace, £6.9m - Bournemouth (h), Arsenal (a)

With little to play for in the league and a FA Cup semi-final four days later, I'm becoming increasingly convinced Palace manager Oliver Glasner will rest some key players in the Arsenal match. But Eze is still worth a punt.   As mentioned above, he could have hauled in week 32 and we'd then be looking at him very differently.

He's Palace's key player and could very well start both matches and get brought off with 20 minutes to go.

 Player to watch

Chris Wood, Nottingham Forest, striker, £6.9m

The 18-goal striker is back in the lineup, and Forest play a weak Spurs team this week before playing Brentford at home. There's also a potential double gameweek on the horizon if they reach the FA Cup final, with one of those games being Leicester at home.

 Team to target

 West Ham - Southampton (h), Brighton (a), Spurs (h)

The Hammers don't have many FPL assets, but they do have cheap defenders and midfielders Bowen and Mohammed Kudus (£6.2 million) who usually play as forwards out of position. If Nottingham Forest reach the FA Cup final, there's a chance West Ham end up with a double gameweek in 36 too.
