Many see it as an overhaul but other to say it's a new wave for kotoko in a serious time, a time where the team that is lagging 6 points behind first placed Bibiani Goldstars are making everything possible to win the trophy. In this charge, a news that has come out, even though it's unofficial close sources say Kumasi Asante Kotoko has said go bye to goalkeeper's trainer Najau Isaah who has been with the club for some time now
In our part of the world, we lack Professional mindset.
People always attach emotions to issues at the work place without considering the bigger picture or the interest of the organization. For instance, once a CEO has issues with an employee, there shall always exist that friction between them in the office space which goes to affect productivity but none of them seem to care. This practice is best seen at Kotoko. When a Management have issues with the Board, it continues till the end of their tenure; the club suffers eventually. When Management have issues with the coach or a player, it is never resolved amicably; the club suffers eventually. When a coach has a problem with a particular player, this player will never be happy in the club. When players have issues with the coach, they don't care losing all their matches so that this coach will be sacked; we know the effect on the club.
When supporters leaders have issues with the coach or management, they always wish they fail for them to feel justified. Absolutely nobody put their personal issues aside and work professionally together for the progress of the team. Their personal emotions are put ahead of the development of the organization that employed, pays or gives them the mileage. These kinda primitive attitude has no tolerance in modern corporate system. In the advanced system, supporters, management, Board etc may not be happy among themselves but they do their various works professionally because the interest of the club is seen as paramount than their individual issues
