Liverpool FC star and legend, Mohamed Salah has shared that the club’s latest Premier League triumph feels even more special to him due to the major changes the team has undergone in recent seasons and also winning the title infront of the fans unlike the previous one. Reflecting on the departure of key figures like Sadio Mané, Roberto Firmino, and former manager Jürgen Klopp, Salah emphasized the significance of achieving success with a largely new-look squad.

In a light-hearted remark, Salah said this championship felt "way better" compared to Liverpool’s 2020 title, when COVID-19 restrictions prevented fans from celebrating inside stadiums. Now, with supporters back and new leadership in place under manager Arne Slot, the Egyptian forward believes this title is even sweeter.

"This one is very special," Salah told reporters. "Hopefully we win the Premier League for this club — it’s something I dream of." He added that winning with a new generation of teammates, many of whom are still settling into the team’s system, made the achievement far more challenging and rewarding.

Salah has been a crucial figure in Liverpool’s resurgence, finishing the season with 28 league goals, including a decisive strike in the 5-1 victory over Tottenham that helped seal the title. Under Slot's management, Salah has enjoyed a slightly adjusted role, with a focus on attacking freedom and less defensive burden, allowing him to thrive even further in the final third.

He also expressed his gratitude for being able to celebrate the title in front of Liverpool fans, something he and his teammates were denied during the 2019–2020 triumph due to the global pandemic. "To lift the trophy with the fans this time is an unbelievable feeling," he said.

The title marks Liverpool's 20th English top-flight championship, allowing them to draw level with rivals Manchester United. For Salah, whose loyalty to Liverpool was recently reaffirmed with a contract renewal alongside Virgil van Dijk, this victory represents a new era — one filled with change but also with renewed hunger for silverware.

Salah's comments reflect not only the emotional weight of the achievement but also underline the resilience and adaptability of Liverpool as a club. Transitioning from the era of Klopp, Mané, and Firmino to a new leadership structure was never going to be simple, but Salah and his teammates have embraced the challenge.

As Liverpool fans across the globe celebrate this historic moment, Salah’s reflections serve as a reminder that football success is often built not just on talent, but also on perseverance, adaptation, and unity. With Salah leading the way, Liverpool’s future looks as promising as ever.
