Mahama Names Edmond Kombat as New Boss of Tema Oil Refinery
In a significant development within Ghana’s energy sector, President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Edmond Kombat as the new Acting Managing Director of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), marking a strategic leadership shift at one of the country's most crucial energy institutions. Before his tenure at TOR, he played vital roles at the Ministry of Energy and the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company (BOST).
