Anthony performances at Real Betis has got United fans talking about him
Manchester United has signed Antony back in 2022 when the likes of Liverpool are having Mohamed Salah on the Right wing, Arsenal having Bukayo Saka on the right wing, Real Madrid having Rodrygo also on the RW. United have no other choice than to go in for a right winger also and they signed Antony from Ajax to also play the role as a goalscorer and someone who brings in more creative when going forward.
When he joined United, he never lived to expectations due to his form and his playing style and also how difficult the English Premier League is as it is the best league in the world. Without physical and pace as a player, you can not play in the Premier League and Antony never have those stats.
After two seasons for Manchester United, United have decided to let him go on loan after signing a new head coach, Ruben Amorim to replace former United coach, Eric Ten Hag who was the one that signed Antony.
Antony needed to go on loan to get his career back and running so that he can join the United first XI when there's a matchday to be played. He joined spanish side, Real Betis on loan and after 4 months over there, Antony has scored 11 goals and assists which are, 7 goals and gave 4 assists.
The question now is, will Manchester United start to play him when he is back from loan as he has no buy out clause in his contract?
