Ghana after drawing to the Dr Congo in their first game of the 2025 under 20 after have picked up a big 3 points against defending champions, Senegal. The match was won by an early goal scored by Emmanuel Mensah. The game which saw a more impressive and improved side from the first game put up a great performance to see off the match with 1-0 victory. Ghana now has 4 points from two games.

This season, I have decided not to talk about officiating and I have kept to those words till date.Officiating is one aspect of our game that defies logic by any shred of imagination.The inconsistencies are just too many and the truth is that all the clubs seem to benefit from biased officiating and all of them equally have sad stories to tell about refereeing.I know some of the referees are deliberate about their bad acts on the field but most of them appear extremely confused, incompetent and lacks the bravery to stick to the application of own the rules. Some of them fail to quickly remember their rules and apply it aptly and that makes the situation critical.
