Thomas Muller bids his farewell as he is set to retire at Bayern Munich
German giants, Bayern Munich has brought the end of one of their legends career to an end. Thomas Muller who joined Bayern Munich’s youth academy in 2000, has played his last match at the Allianz Arena where he played his final home game for Bayern Munich against Borussia Mönchengladbach.
He played, 750 games, scored 247 goals, and gave 176 assists. He won 13 Bundesliga titles, 2 Uefa Champions League, 2 Club World Cups, 6 DFB Pokal, 2 UEFA Super Cups and 8 DFB Super Cups.
He left as a legend of the club and he will always live in the minds of Bayern Munich fans. He has a successful career at Bayern winning every trophy his club. His work rate on the pitch has earn his side a successful trophies which his name will be written as one of the legends to have ever played the game.
Thomas has proved to other ungrateful players that, when you start as a local lad and come in to play for your club, you will be a legend at the end of your career and also, you might get a statue in your name.
He is faithful to his club, Bayern Munich and after all these years at the club, no European top club has succeeded in convincing him to join them and play against Bayern Munich in European competitions especially, the Uefa Champions League.
He is a warrior when it comes to playing in the midfield and also going forward to score goals that earn his team wins and gets them trophies.
