After playing the Ghana Premier league for several seasons, the the club that was formally known as Wa All stars and now Legon Cities has been relegated to the division one league. With 3 more matches to go the team have seen where they would be playing their football next season. This happened after they lost to Nations football club by 4 goals to 1. The team that has struggled for survival for about 3 seasons now could not hold the fort this season even though they changed coaches to see how things would go.
Some other football lovers would be happy because of course their clubs would be safe for next season. At the moment it is left with only one team that would be confirmed for division 1 next season. Both Nsoatreman and cities are gone.

He also expressed strong optimism about the team’s chances of returning to continental competition soon. Hon Ofori- Agyemang Boadi encouraged the players to remain focused and win their remaining league matches to draw more supporters back to the stadium. He further announced that he and the Ashanti Regional Minister will begin visiting the various Circles (supporters’ groups) to mobilize fan participation in Kotoko’s activities and rekindle the passion for the club. All we need in this life is peace of mind and many things would fall in place for us. Slow but sure is the motto all pressure on the dream.
