Preparation Steps:
1. Peel and Wash the Cassava You will need 2 large cassava roots for making Agbeli Kaklo. First peel the cassava roots. You want to remove the thick brown skin and the thin white underneath layer, and wash the peeled cassava well with clean water. 2. Grate the Cassava Now that you have prepared the cassava, it is time to grate it. You want to grate the cassava into a fine pulp using a fine grater. If you can, a food processor can also grind it! 3. Dry out the starch and liquid Now you will put the grated cassava into a clean cheesecloth mesh strainer/cloth, and squeeze out the extra liquid.
