He has made history, not for only him but for beach soccer players in the country, Alexander Adjei who knows how to score in beach soccer is now going to be the first Ghanaian to move to join a foreign club a beach soccer player, the man who won top scorer award in the Seychelles Afcon far back as 2015 and did it again at the last edition when Ghana featured after a long while. His move now brings more eyes on Ghana beach soccer and would motivate the other players to do more for there's always away out there when you do the right things for yourself in the journey as a sports man or woman. For now there's no much information about the move but it it certain that he would be moving to Spain. As confirmed by sporty FM he would be going to make a name for himself as well.

Tarkwa United FC protested against Fijai Soccer Academy FC for fielding an unqualified player in their match. By a protest dated 21/05/25 Tarkwa United FC alleged that Fijai United Soccer Academy fielded an unqualified player in their match. It attached photographs as well as a copy of the team sheet of Fijai United Soccer Academy. The player affected by the protest is Samuel Appiah (No.11). The Committee also realised from the card attached to the extract from the FIFA Connect System that Samuel Appiah was duly registered on 04/01/2025 at 07:10 am with Fijai United Soccer Academy. Therefore, at the time of the Match the player in question, Samuel Appiah was duly registered.
