Napoli are planning to sign Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Italian side has made contact with the Belgian and is ready to offer the 33-year-old a three-year deal worth €27 million in total salary, including a signing fee.
