While the player disputes charges, police promise to support women in the Thomas Partey case.

According to Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy, the Metropolitan Police are still committed to helping the women in the criminal case against Thomas Partey, a former midfielder for Arsenal, who is facing five rape charges and one sexual assault charge.

According to the charges, Partey, 32, committed the offenses against three separate women between 2021 and 2022. He will most likely show up on August 5 at Westminster Magistrates' Court.

Furphy, whose team is in charge of the probe, stated, "Our goal remains offering support to the ladies who have come forward." "We would encourage anyone with information or those affected by this case to contact our staff." Through the email address CIT@met.police.uk, the police have issued an information request.

The Crown Prosecution Service claims that, after thoroughly examining a dossier of evidence, it approved the charges. Jenny Wiltshire, Partey's attorney, asserts his innocence by saying: "Mr. Partey denies all the claims against him." He is now appreciative of the chance to at last clear his identity.

The Ghanaian international's contract with Arsenal has expired, making him a free agent. He is still one of the team's main leaders and has made 53 appearances for Ghana's Black Stars, scoring 15 goals.
