Armed Robbers Attack Church of Grace in Abeno, Make Away With Instruments
Residents of Abeno in the Ashanti Region were left in shock after armed robbers attacked the Church of Grace at midnight . The incident, which happened around 12:00 am, has left church members devastated as the criminals made away with several valuable properties.
According to eyewitnesses, the robbers broke into the church auditorium while the town was quiet and carted away musical instruments and the entire sound system. Items stolen included microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and other electronic equipment that the church uses for worship services.
The head pastor of the church, Reverend Obed Oting, reported the case to the Abeno Police Station early the following morning. He expressed deep concern over the attack, describing it as a big blow to the congregation. Reverend Oting appealed to the police and community members to help trace the stolen items and bring the culprits to justice.
