The Ghana Football Association (GFA) found Hearts of Oak guilty of misconduct during their Premier League match against Asante Kotoko and fined the team GHS 10,000.
After losing the Super Clash by a goal to zero to their fiercest enemies, the Phobians faced charges in November.
Following the game, the club's supporters were accused of acting inappropriately after throwing items onto the field.
The GFA Disciplinary Committee punished Hearts of Oak with GHS 10,000 after finding the club guilty of misbehavior following its investigations. Within 14 days, payment of the fee and a warning are required.
"The Disciplinary Committee has fined Accra Hearts of Oak SC GHS 10,000 and issued a warning for misconduct after their Ghana Premier League game against Asante Kotoko SC.
Following the game, the club was found guilty of inappropriate behavior by its supporters when items were thrown into the field of play. The GFA issued a notice on Monday, December 15, stating that the fine must be paid within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of the decision.
In the meantime, the Disciplinary Committee has suspended Hearts of Oak midfielder Mohammed Hussein for three (3) games due to misconduct during a Ghana Premier League game against Asante Kotoko SC.
The athlete was judged guilty of acting in an unsportsmanlike manner toward the game's officials.

George Afriyie, a former vice president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has stated that he believes the Black Stars can defeat every team in their 2026 World Cup group.
For the competition, which will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico next summer, Ghana has been placed in Group L with England, Croatia, and Panama.
Afriyie acknowledged the caliber of Ghana's group adversaries in an interview with Asempa FM, but he maintained that the national squad is capable of defeating them all.
He declared, "England, Croatia, and Panama are all beatable."
Afriyie also underlined the need to set up high-profile friendlies in advance of the World Cup, pointing out that the team will benefit greatly from such games.
"The best strategy before the World Cup is to play high-profile friendlies," he continued.
Ghana's campaign will start in Toronto on June 17 against Panama, play England in Boston on June 23, and finish the group stage against Croatia in Philadelphia on June 27.
The Black Stars will be looking to make more progress in this tournament following consecutive group-stage eliminations in Brazil (2014) and Qatar (2022).
