Mas Ud Didi Dramani, Hearts of Oak's head coach, has emphasized the importance of the club's consistency in the Ghana Premier League.
His statements come after the Phobian Club defeated FC Samartex 1-0 on Friday at the University of Ghana Stadium in the Matchday 16 action.
Hamza Issah's first-half goal separated the two teams after halftime.
Speaking after the game, Dramani believes that the outcomes must be constant.
"We must be thoughtful, which means that we must proceed in this manner; we must be consistent. The consistency is that we will do the same things over and over again, and the final aspect is that we must understand and be patient with one another.
"When it comes to identification, there will be moments when we face obstacles and times when we demonstrate our strengths, so we must be prepared to deal with them.
"For me, every player on my team is vital; I have played every player [and] the young ones, I am bringing them in at the correct moment so that they can be more adaptable," he continued.
Didi Dramani has led Hearts of Oak to seven wins, seven draws, and two losses, placing them second in the league with 28 points.
Hearts of Oak will conclude the first half of the season with a match against championship rivals Medeama SC at TNA Park on Sunday, January 4.
