Social media is now replete with raw, unfiltered frustration, the anguished outcry of loyalists watching helplessly as our own fortress is breached from within. Yet the paralyzing specter of _"Father for All"_ politics shackles our hands, muzzles our vigilance, and stays our resolve to act decisively to avert catastrophe.

Let us retreat backstage and confront the uncomfortable truth.

Why, in the name of political sanity, would any NDC-blooded Energy Minister bypass the Bureau of National Investigations and instead empanel a 7-member committee to probe suspected sabotage or outright arson of such monumental consequence? And why do we, the sentinels of this party, sit aloof and agape, spectators to our own erosion?

The doctrine of _"Father for All"_ is hemorrhaging the NDC faster than any opposition onslaught. It is an ideological tranquilizer, lulling us into complacency while adversaries entrench themselves within the very institutions we must command.

The same architects of this _"Father for All"_ appeasement now posture for the gallery, draping themselves in saintly robes while the party’s lifeblood drains away.

Credible intelligence suggests that over 80% of ECG’s district managers in the Ashanti Region and beyond including three regional managers are ideologically hostile to the NDC’s cause. These are not mere bureaucrats. They are operatives.

Hon. Energy Minister, these individuals are not neutral civil servants. They are saboteurs of your ministry and saboteurs of this government. 

Their stratagem is transparent: cripple service delivery, stoke public discontent, and render the JM-led NDC administration unpopular by design.

To ask the GRIDCo CEO to step aside pending investigations into the Akosombo fire incident is a gesture, not a solution. It is insufficient. It is cosmetic.

What this moment demands is surgical precision and political courage. All ECG regional directors, district engineers, and district managers of questionable allegiance must be reshuffled with immediate effect. The machinery of state cannot be left in the hands of those who pray for its failure.

The NDC did not claw its way back to power to preside over its own undoing through misguided magnanimity. Governance is not a charity gala. Loyalty to party and fidelity to mandate must supersede the theater of inclusivity.

If _"Father for All"_ means fathering our own defeat, then we must reject it utterly and unapologetically. The time for political niceties expired the day sabotage was lit.
