The Brong Ahafo Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Pary (NPP), Kwabena Owusu Sekyere, has disclosed that there is nothing wrong if a politician gets more than a hundred contracts from the government because politics is not a church.
Unequivocally, he stated on Wontumi Tv that he is ever ready to grab every contract no matter the number because he works for his party during elections while others are asleep.
He said politics does not correlate with church activities and so politicians must not be chastised when they grab contracts as a reward for their hard work for a party.
"If I get 100 contracts, I will collect them all.
Politics isn't a church matter and politics isn't a church setting. We should accept it when people work hard and are compensated for their efforts in politics," he said.
