Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has revealed what type of knee injury N'Golo Kante and Ben Chilwell sustained during the match against Juventus, according to Express.

Last night, Chelsea thrashed Juventus 4-0, and their performance was a statement of absolute dominance. Even though they had a fantastic night with important wins, the Blues' camp has been rattled by two key player injuries.

N'Golo Kante made a strong start against Juventus, looking sharp in the opening quarter. However, he was replaced by Ruben Loftus-Cheek shortly after the half-hour mark. The player was forced to go straight into the tunnel after what appeared to be a knock. He was able to walk down the tunnel without assistance, which is good news.

In the post-game interview, Thomas Tuchel revealed that Kante twisted his knee, which caused some discomfort, but he is unsure of the seriousness and that we must be patient to receive the full picture.

“Unfortunately, N’Golo [Kante] as well, he twisted his knee a little bit. I can tell you tomorrow morning a little bit more.”

Ben Chilwell, on the other hand, went down clutching his right knee and required medical attention. To have retreated from the ground, the English player need the assistance of the staff.

The former Leicester City player's discomfort and agony were confirmed by the German manager. Chilwell looks to have been struck by a severe pain, which is fortunately not serious.

"[Chilwell] is experiencing a strong pain in his knee."

Kante is an important aspect of Thomas Tuchel's strategy. The French midfielder has proven to be a force to be reckoned with on numerous occasions. He is such a dependable performer for the Blues that the players surrounding him find it simple. He is one of the finest players in the world because of his hard ethic and tireless jogging.

Ben Chilwell, on the other hand, had a fantastic season under the former Paris Saint-German manager.

His aggressive left-channel running has aided the team's attacking intent. Due to his advanced running and shooting talents on the opponent's penalty area, he also scored two Premier League goals.

If the two crucial players are unavailable for a few games, the German manager will notice. The extent and duration of the injury have yet to be determined, and the Blues camp is hoping that it does not become crucial at this time because they are consistently putting in top-notch performances.
