A 19-year-old girl at Awoshie, a suburb of Accra, was allegedly stabbed by her mother and brother after their incestuous relationship became known to her.
Angelfmonline.com reported that the arrested 42-year-old woman and her 18-year-old son would be arraigned before the court for stabbing Akos (fictional name) after she caught them having sex.
According to Akos, she has become an enemy to her brother and mother after she discovered their incestuous affair.
Akos said she caught them in a single room having sex.
Akos added that whenever their mother visited their father, it irritated her brother and that even led to her suffering physical abuse in his hands.
Akos also narrated how the two stabbed her in the stomach intending to kill her but she was taken to the 37 military hospitals by her aunt who lives with them after several hospitals they visited had no beds to entertain her.
The culprits were arrested and are currently in the custody of the Ridge police headquarters as investigations commence.
