A 20 years old English woman by name Evie Toombes, has filed a multimillion dollar law suit against her mother's doctor for failing to advice her mother about taking folic acid supplement before getting pregnant. 20 years old Evie Toombes, was born with spina bifida a congenital defect of the spine which has no cure. Spina bifida is a birth defect in which a baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly whiles in the womb and can cause learning difficulties. According to Miss Evie due to the birth defect she has bladder and bowel issues. She claims her mother would not have given birth to her if she knew.
