The popular quiz mistress for the much anticipated annual program, the National Science And Maths Quiz, has spoken, few days after she announced Prempeh College winner of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz.
She has confirmed receiving death threats from some unknown individuals. This year's death threats comes after Prempeh College emerged victorious in the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz finals.
Professor Elsie Effah Kaufmann however, indicated that the death threats are not exclusive to only this year. According to her, the threats are mostly issued via her private email when a school looses.
Speaking on Kessben TV and Kessben FM, she revealed that she normally receives threats from supporters of the loosing schools. She said, "Sometimes when a school fails to win contests, supporters issue threats via my email."
