Gianluigi Donnarumma won the Ballon d'Or Yashin Trophy grant on Monday night.
Named after the Russian symbol Lev Yashin, the title is given out to the best goalkeeper on the planet for 2021.
Chelsea star Edouard Mendy was set up for the honor having passed up a full Ballon d'Or designation - which was just given to Donnarumma from the world's shot-plugs.
That prompted some alarm and the Senegalese star completed second in the last Yashin count. The victor is chosen by past champs of the Ballon d'Or grant.
Kasper Schmeichel, Ederson, and Emi Martinez were additionally designated from the Premier League.
Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak completed third in the 2021 function with Ederson in fourth and Manuel Neuer positioned fifth. Martinez, Schmeichel, Thibaut Courtois, Keylor Navas and Samir Handanovic balanced the best ten.
It was Liverpool's Alisson who guaranteed the just past Yashin Trophy, bringing home the 2019 gong before last year's function was dropped because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
