HOW TO MAKE APPLE BREAD.

Ingredients


2 eggs (optional)


2 cups granulated sugar


vanilla extract (two teaspoons)


2 cups peeled and diced apples


2 cups flour (all-purpose)


1 and a half tablespoons of salt


1 teaspoon powdered baking soda


1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or more to taste)


1 Vegetable Oil


Method


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.


In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence; add the apples.


In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon; add to the apple mixture and whisk just until evenly incorporated into a thick batter. Pour the batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes. Cover loaf pan with aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing to a wire rack to cool fully.
