Firebrand broadcaster and loudmouth TV and radio personality, Godsbrain Smart popularly known in the media circles as Captain Smart has allegedly been arrested.
Sources say he was arrested this afternoon by security personnel for inciting the Ghana Armed Forces against the legislature arm of government and also called on them to stage an uprising because of the recklessness of the current administration.
"Where we have reached, we require an uprising with positive defiance. I am shocked at the Ghana Armed Forces.
You entered Parliament on 7th January when Members of Parliament we're being sworn in but when they are misbehaving, you can't enter the house to restore peace and order.
Why is everybody quiet in this country?" He stated.
His comments comes at the back of a near brawl incident that happened in Parliament yesterday when a motion for the rejection of the approved budget was filed by the minority group of the house.
According to myabclive, he was actually picked up by security agencies for interrogation and may be processed for Court.
His employers and lawyers are currently working to grant him bail after interrogation.
