Captain Smart, also known in private life as Blessed Godsbrain Smart, a prominent radio and television broadcast journalist, was recently detained by Ghana Police Service personnel.
According to a statement released by the Ghana Police Service, the host of Onua TV/FM morning show in Accra was apprehended by Nima Divisional Police Command today, Thursday, December 2, 2021, for certain nasty comments he allegedly made on his show about peace and security.
While there has been no fresh information about Captain Smart's release from prison, one of his Facebook groups, Smart TV Ghana, is offering some updates and reactions to his arrest.
In the last several hours, the website has published a sample of a video that is allegedly why the cops arrested him, along with the question: '

In another post, the page also shared a line from Gyakie’s popular song which says ‘My mind dey for you’ and added some laughing emojis.
As of now, it's unknown whether Captain Smart or one of his squad members is behind the posts, but we wish him the best of luck.
