1.Drugs.

3.Not Getting Enough Sleep is a common problem. 

Everyone requires a decent night's sleep of at least 8 hours. Sleep deprivation is more dangerous than you would believe. It is easier for the body to restore itself when you get enough sleep. High blood pressure can be caused by a lack of sleep or being deprived of sleep. 


4.If You are not a good eater. 

You will appear older than your age if you do not eat a well-balanced diet rich in nutrients. Learn to consume fat-rich meals because they include a high level of vitamin E, an antioxidant that can help the skin fight free radical damage and premature aging.
