European champions Chelsea have been battling with injuries nowadays in their midfield.
The blues will be playing in Russia on Wednesday night against Zenit.
The blue will be looking forward to get a win in other to secure the top spot of group H.
They will be going to Russia without their midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
The Croatian has tested positive for Covid 19 just a day after returning to full training following an eight game off due to hamstring injury.
Kovacic will Self isolate for 10 days in accordance with the government guidelines .
He will therefore miss the premier league clash against Leeds on Saturday and also against Everton on 16th of December.
According to Thomas Tuchel on Kovacic he said,: “He was in training yesterday with a good smile, but then tested positive for Covid 19 today , so he is now isolating.
I was aware this could happen and I am not happy about it. But this is what reality is at the moment so we have to be ready to adapt.”
Chelsea who lost to West Ham away will be hoping to make their fans smile with a win on Wednesday night at Russia.
Chelsea will be playing without their midfielders Kante , Jorginho and Kovacic.
