Well ,after 2years in marriage ,here are few brutal truth I found about my marriage. It is what movies never tell.
1.You can't sleep diagonally in bed .You have to share it your partner and thus you have to adjust in the half of the bed.
2.You must get used to legs and hands falling on you ,right in the middle of the night with no prior notice.
It used to scare the shit out of me in early days .lol
3.You would rarely be alone .You will always have your other half around .This too is irritating when you're in fight and don't want to see the other person's face for sometime.
4.You can't have the packet of chips all by yourself...lol next comes the question "what are you eating" and then on hand will definitely come and take away half of your chips .This also applies to ice cream ,cold drinks, chocolate etc. LUCKILY in cases where both have polar opposite choices in flavours of ice cream and all.
5.Your life will be boring few days after marriage .Really boring.
6.No matter how dependent you are you'll never be free. There will always be something o mind .How can I leave for a movie without cooking for my family ?Is my house clean enough ?Did he eat properly? There will always be something on your mind.
7.You will feel really tired sometimes .Work- home-family-other stuff .It is too much sometimes.
8.You will start seeing a lot of things from each other's perspective .When they say that partners who have lived together for so long start thinking alike, they are right.
The thing about marriage is its a pact between 2 people after which your are together in everything good or bad. Be grateful have found a partner who has kept these brutalities in marriage limited to the few mentioned above There might be more additions as years pass by ,but be ready to face them with your partner.
