Sergio Ramos left Real Madrid last summer after a wonderful 16 years with the club.
He joined PSG after the club president of Real Madrid failed to renew the contract of the Spanish defender.
Sergio Ramos wanted a two year contract extension with the White angels , but Florentino Perez who is the club president refused to extend the contract of the defender.
Ramos wanted two year contract in other to relax with his family in Spain. But Madrid gave him only one year contract extension with a drop in salary.
According to Ramos , Florentino Perez knows very well money was not the problem why he left, but the contract extension made him left.
Ramos former club was drawn against Benfica in a first draw done by Uefa, but after the draw , Uefa came out saying there will be a new draw because the draw they had earlier was full off error.
The new draw took place and Real Madrid will now be facing PSG in the round of 16 of the champions league.
Sergio Ramos who is now having injury issues have played only one game for PSG in the French league one. After he arrived in Paris he has been having problems with injuries.
His sides face his former club in February and Ramos has made it to the world that , he loves Real Madrid and he didn’t want to play against them,But retuning to Santiago Bernabeu is a cause of joy .
According to Ramos he would love to face another team, but if they face Madrid , he will fight hard and defend to help PSG go through because they were the team that took gamble on him when he needed a two year contract.
