The Lion's share Chief Whip in Parliament has rejected claims that the primary Delegate Speaker acted past his order in his choice to deny to confess a movement to invert the endorsement of the 2022 budget.
Mr Straight to the point Annoh-Dompreh, in a tweet on Tuesday, clarified that Joseph Osei-Owusu, whereas acting as a Speaker within the nonattendance of Alban Bagbin, any choice to deny or concede a movement is his privilege.
He said there's nothing off-base with Mr Osei-Owusu’s choice to deny to confess the Minority’s movement.
“The primary Agent Speaker acts on specialist of the Speaker, and his choice to confess or deny is basically on the specialist of the Rt. Hon. Speaker. Perceiving the assignment of this specialist appropriately implies the two can subsequently not be one and the same. “Or maybe, to be clear, the Delegate Speaker has not worked out any control saved exclusively for the Rt. Hon. Speaker in his capacity as a 1st Appointee Speaker, and so has not failed in his conduct as the Minority are attempting difficult to set up,†he expressed.
