Cristiano Ronaldo is widely considered to be one of the best players of all time, owing to his accomplishments on and off the field. Every manager's ambition is to coach a world-class player like Cristiano Ronaldo because they feel that with his skills and winning mentality, he will make their job easier.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the few players in the world who can win a game by himself, which is why he is regarded as one of the finest in the world. Coaching Cristiano Ronaldo signifies that a manager has a world-class and amazing player capable of winning the game on his own, making the coach's job easier.

This is not always the case, as some managers have struggled to reach greatness when guiding Cristiano Ronaldo, and others have never won a major trophy while managing the Portuguese national team.

Only Alex Ferguson and Zinedine Zidane have managed to keep Cristiano Ronaldo without being fired. Cristiano Ronaldo joined Real Madrid in 2009 after leaving Alex Ferguson's Manchester United, while Zinedine Zidane left Real Madrid in 2017 after winning three straight Champions League titles. The other seven managers who were fired while coaching Cristiano Ronaldo are listed below.

1. Jose Mourinho receives an 8 out of 10 rating (Won the La Liga, Copa Dey Dey and Super Copa with Cristiano Ronaldo)

During their time together, Jose Mourinho and Cristiano Ronaldo formed a strong relationship, ending Pep Guardiola's Barcelona monopoly in La Liga. Jose Mourinho led Real Madrid to the Spanish La Liga title, but he failed to win the Uefa Champions League three times and was fired following a poor showing in his third season.

2. Carlo Ancelotti: 7 out of 10 (Won the Champions League with Cristiano Ronaldo)

Carlo Ancelotti was brought in to replace Jose Mourinho, and he and Cristiano Ronaldo had a great time together in 2013, as the two ultimately ended Real Madrid's Champions League drought. Real Madrid won the Champions League for the tenth time, defeating Atletico Madrid 4-1, with Cristiano Ronaldo shattering multiple records.

Carlo Ancelotti, like Jose Mourinho, who failed to win the Champions League but won Laliga, was ousted after his second season because he was unable to win the Laliga.

3. Rafa Benitez: a tenth of a tenth of a tenth of a tenth (Never won a trophy with Cristiano Ronaldo)

Because Rafa Benitez was a former Valencia coach, his appointment to replace Carlo Ancelotti was met with a barrage of criticism. Rafa Benitez and Cristiano Ronaldo struggled to find the correct rhythm to help their squad compete for silverware. In the middle of the season, Rafa Benitez was fired and replaced by Zinedine Zidane.

4. Rating: 6/10 for Max Allegri (Won the Serie A with Cristiano Ronaldo)

Cristiano Ronaldo decided to join Juventus after winning three consecutive Champions League titles with Real Madrid, where he had a good relationship with Max Allegri. Juventus was already a strong force in Serie A, and the Champions League was their major focus.

Despite winning Serie A, Max Allegri was terminated because manager was unable to win the Champions League.

5.Rating: 6/10 for Maurizio Sarri (Won the Serie A with Cristiano Ronaldo)

According to multiple media outlets, Sarri and Cristiano Ronaldo's relationship was strained because the two were unable to achieve much together. Sarri, like Max Allegri, was fired after one season after failing to win Juventus' ultimate priority, the UEFA Champions League.

6. Andrea Pirlo: During Andrea Pirlo's time at Juventus, the club failed to win the Serie A title. During Andrea Pirlo's time with Cristiano Ronaldo, Juventus lost the Serie A title for the first time in nine years, which led to his dismissal at the end of the season.

7. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Cristiano Ronaldo reunited with his former teammate, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, at Manchester United, but this time he worked under the Norwegian. Cristiano Ronaldo and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are excellent friends off the field, but their friendship didn't translate to the pitch, as the Norwegian was fired after only four points in seven Premier League games.
