The actress and socialite Rosemond Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo, had her prison sentence overturned by the Court of Appeal on Wednesday, December 15.
On the three offences, she was fined 1000, 500, and 500 penalty units.
Both of these events are expected to take place at the same time.
Her attorney's appeal had previously been dismissed by the Court.
She was convicted to 90 days in prison by an Accra Circuit Court in June 2020 for distributing obscene information and degrading the dignity and integrity of her seven-year-old child in a nude photo she published on social media.
Despite the fact that she had served a portion of her sentence, her lawyers appealed the verdict, alleging it was excessively harsh.
Meanwhile, she was released on GH80,000 bond until the conclusion of her appeal.
The Court dismissed her appeal on Wednesday, December 1, and ordered her to serve the remainder of her 90-day sentence.
