The new administrator of Okene Local Government in Nigeria- Kogi state, Zubair Amoka, has allegedly embarked on a dreadlocks-cutting exercise to instill decency and sanity in his jurisdiction.
He is seen with a pair of scissors in a picture cutting the dreadlocks of a young man while police officers guard him to undertake the exercise.
This initiative has generated wide reactions on social media with a lot of people criticizing the move.
