The Ashanti Regional Police Command has arrested two people over their alleged involvement in the killing of five suspected armed robbers in Nyinawusu.
The Ashanti Regional Public Relations Officer for the police, ASP Godwin Ahianyo, in an interview, told Class News that the police are pursuing all those who were involved in the act.
Some angry youths in Nyinawusu lynched five suspected armed robbers on December 16 for their alleged role in robbery attacks in the neighborhood.
The perpetrators of the crime have since been fleeing from police arrest until two of them were reportedly arrested.
The deceased are set to be buried today, Thursday, December 23 making the neighborhood a security zone.
