A Facebook user supposedly a pastor, Thomas Negble, said no amount of pressure from any force can suppress prophecies.
According to him, prophecies have existed since the beginning of the universe and will be eternalized.
Writing on the back of a warning message from the Ghana Police Service on December 27, 2021, against instigating fear and panic under the aegis of prophecies, the pastor whose church is not yet known, said no mortal being can "silence God's voice."
"Silencing the voice of God in the name of human's law and right to resist a word of prophecy from God? Smh.
Prophecies and been there since creation and is there and would be there forever.
The fact that there are false prophets doesn't mean God should not speak through his appointed prophets to the nations of the world.
GOD WILL SPEAK AND NO HUMAN EFFORTS WILL SILENCE GOD'S VOICE," he wrote.
Thomas Negble's comment came after the Police issued a statement cautioning religious bodies against making public statements or prophecies that can instill fear in the public.
According to the police, it is a violation of one's fundamental human right to subject him or her to fear through doom prophecies.
The police urged pastors to desist from doom prophecies as failure to substantiate them with facts warrant at least five years imprisonment.
However, Thomas said not even the police can stop them from conveying revelations to the masses.
